Professor Kai Hwang, University of Southern California.
Kai Hwang is a world-renowned scholar in computer systems, Internet security, and cloud computing. He earned the Ph.D. in EECS from U.C. Berkeley in 1972. He has taught at Purdue University for 11 years before joining USC in 1985. He has been serving as a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at USC for 32 years. His key research contributions include scalable multiprocessors, vector supercomputers, and distributed systems like clusters, grids, P2P networks, datacenters, and cloud platforms.

Professor Igor Kotenko, St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPIIRAS).
Igor V. Kotenko is a Head of Laboratory of computer security problems of St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPIIRAS) and Head of the International Laboratory "Information security of cyber-physical systems" of St. Petersburg Institute ITMO University. He is Prof. of computer science, Doctor of Technical Sciences, PhD. He is a noted scientist in research on theoretical and practical problems of information and telecommunication technologies, including artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems, computer network security, communication networks diagnostics, decision making support for design and planning of telecommunication systems.

Professor Hao Ying, Wayne State University, USA
Professor Ying has published 110 peer-reviewed journal papers and over 160 peer-reviewed conference papers. He holds two U.S. patents. He is serving as an Associate Editor or a Member of Editorial Board for 11 international journals, including the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems and the IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He was elected to serve as a board member of the North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society (NAFIPS) for two terms (2005-2008 and 2008-2011).

Prof. Simon K.S. Cheung, Director of Information Technology, The Open University of Hong Kong
Speaker’s Bio
Dr. Cheung is currently the Director of Information Technology at the Open University of Hong Kong. He received his BSc and PhD in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong, and his MPA from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Scientist, and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the British Computer Society, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and the Hong Kong Computer Society. He has served as a guest editor or editorial board member of international journals, and a keynote speaker, technical chair or programme chair of international conferences. His publications include 1 research monograph, 16 edited books, 10 edited journal issues, 120 journal articles, book chapters and conference papers. He won the Outstanding Research Publication Award from the Open University of Hong Kong in 2016, the 1st class Achievement in Computer and Information Technology from Shenzhen Science and Technology Association in 2016, the 1st class Outstanding Chief Information Officer from the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council in 2015, and an Honoree for IT Excellence from the CIO Asia in 2015. He is listed in the Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
